Guarantee insurance

Guarantee insurance is applicable in the case of an employer’s insolvency.

The guarantee insurance benefit is meant to cover the employee’s entitlements that the employer is unable to pay due to the insolvency. It is provided for a maximum of three months of the last 18 months of the employment relationship duration.
