MoRePro (Mobility and Reintegration Programme of the Slovak Academy of Sciences) offers talented Slovak and international PhD holders 4-year postdoc positions at the Slovak Academy of Sciences.
MoRePro Programme offers high level of freedom in choosing the best suiting research topic as well as adequate funding for its investigation.
Applicants cannot be employees of any SAS organisation within 12 months before application submission except applicants after the long-term stay abroad of at least 3 years duration that have been hired maximum 6 months before application submission.
Application deadline: 27. september 2019

New Online Appointment Booking System established by Foreign Police
The Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Republic has implemented an online tool for scheduling appointments for a particular date and time at a respective department of the Foreign's Police.
The system can be used for submitting an application on granting or renewal of residence on the territory of the Slovak Republic. More information and online form can be found at (https://www.minv.sk/?objednavaci-system-na-ocp). The respective police department has to be selected from the field on the top of the web page. After filling in and sending the form, foreigner will receive confirmation e-mail and subsequently appointment will be scheduled within 30 days. (Note: Foreigner cannot select a specific date or time – the appointment will be assigned by the Foreign Police.) This online tool for scheduling appointments is intended to be used for individuals.
Moreover, higher education institutions can make an appointment for groups of Erasmus+ students, government scholarship holders, PhD. students, university teachers and researchers. In this case the representative of hosting HEI has to come along with the applicants to The Foreign Police Department in Bratislava (address: Regrútska 4, Bratislava, 1st floor).
