WHAT IS EURAXESS
EURAXESS - Researchers in Motion is a unique pan-European initiative established and backed by the European Commission that supports researchers‘ mobility and career development and enhances scientific collaboration in Europe and beyond. EURAXESS portal (https://euraxess.ec.europa.eu/) encompasses more than 20 000 registered R&D organisations.
It is the largest database of research jobs that has been operating since 2003. In 2021, more than 80 000 job offers for researchers were advertised via this platform.
The EURAXESS network consists of 650+ EURAXESS centres in 43 countries that are in daily contact with researchers providing them with personal assistance and guidance. In addition, 9 EURAXESS Worldwide hubs facilitate collaborations with the research communities outside Europe.
